The player with the highest bid becomes the owner of the property.
You have to pay the normal price to rebuild a house or hotel which you have resold to the bank.
For example, if they receive 100M as Place Pigalle’s mortgage, they will have to pay 110M to lift the mortgage.
A player is sent to jail if they land on the Go to Jail space, or draw a Go to Jail chance or community chest card.
There are several ways to get out of jail:
A player is declared bankrupt when they can’t pay an opponent or the bank the money they’re owed. This means that the player doesn’t have enough money, nor do they have any more property to sell. A player who goes bankrupt is out of the game. The game continues until all players except one are bankrupt. The one player who doesn’t go bankrupt is the winner.
